What if I have children

Sorry no children or extra friends are allowed on the salon floor while you're being serviced.

How do I pay my sew in deposit?

New client sew in deposits can be paid via Cashapp, Paypal, or you can arrange to pay in person.

How do I get my sew in installed for free?

You can receive your sew in for free by ordering 3 items or more from bglamourd.mayvenn.com. Use code FREEINSTALL at checkout.

Do you color relaxed hair?

I do not perform permanent color services on relaxed hair.

How much is the sew in deposit for new clients? Can it be waived?

The deposit is $25. It can only be waived by a verified hair purchase @bglamourd.mayvenn.com.

What days are you open?

Queens of Excellence Salon is open Tuesday-Saturday (closed on Holidays)

How far in advance should I book?

All appointments should be booked 1 1/2-2 weeks in advance (wedding parties should be booked at least 4 weeks in advance).

What kind of weave should I bring to my appointment?

Any service that requires thermal (heat) styling requires 100% human hair (do not buy blended hair). If you have questions about what hair to buy please email me at bglamourdhairstudio@gmail.com.
